Cancellation will only be accepted under unavoidable circumstances.
In the case of changing exhibits or canceling the exhibition, exhibitors should inform the organizer in writing.
If Exhibitor cancels all or part of the exhibit space contracted for after the date Secretariat accepts the contract and application form, Exhibitor is liable for:
Before Aug. 31, 2023 : 50% of total exhibition fee
After.Sep,31, 2023: 80% of total exhibition fee and no refunds will be issued
After. Oct 31, 2023 : 100% of total exhibition fee and no refunds will be issued
